I'm Priti — and I've been obsessed with why things confuse people (and how to fix it) for the past 7+ years.

These days I'm a Senior UI/UX Designer at Emergys Solutions in Pune, working on SaaS products that real people use every day. Before that, I got my hands dirty at Ellicium Solutions and Maestro Intellect — designing everything from enterprise dashboards to AI-powered apps.

Here's the thing most designers don't mention on their portfolio: before UX, I spent 5 years as a Visual Merchandiser at Reliance Retail. I was designing for physical spaces — figuring out how customers move, what catches their eye, where they get lost. Turns out, that's basically UX for stores. It gave me an instinct for human behaviour that no bootcamp could teach.

I work best when I'm close to the problem — talking to users, sitting with engineers, asking "but why?" one more time than is probably comfortable. The output is always cleaner for it.
